For those who want more adventure, the farm provides excursions to the natural canyon carved out by the “Tellaro” and “Tellesimo” rivers, to closely observe by the rich vegetation and fauna that lives in these valleys and which truly provide a unique scenery.

You may admire the natural rock walls carved out by the rivers, caves, and for those not yet satisfied, a few minutes away the “Maiazze” agriturism facility one can bathe in the clear water of “Capo Passero” island or in the “Vendicari” natural reserve or may sun bathe on the sunny Eloro area beaches, being that “Maiazze” agritourism facility is only 20 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.

Visitors can experience first-hand the daily working activities conducted on the farm, from the feeding of livestock, to milking, to cheese making, that is, the traditional process which still preserves that old-time charm, and which results in the transformation of the milk producing a tasty cheese
